Q: Will the Live Q&A Calls with be recorded?
A: If you are unable to attend a call live, I encourage you to send in your questions. I will respond to your question in the Live Q&A call, and you can listen to the recording at your convenience. This way you can stay involved and connected. Recordings of the Q&A calls will be sent via email within approximately 1-2 business days.

Q: I’m having trouble downloading one of the PDFs. What’s going on?
A: The most effective way to download the PDFs included in the modules is to right click (or control-click on a Mac) and then click “Save As” to save the PDF to your desktop. You will need software to open and view the files. A free PDF viewer is available from Adobe.
Q: The video isn’t playing for me or the audio is going in and out. How do I fix this?
A: Oh no! Let’s get that fixed.
- Please ensure your audio is turned up and your headphones are in your ears (or unplugged if you are not using headphones).
- Please close all other tabs and applications that might be using your internet connection (sometimes an application or site that consumes a lot of your computer’s resources can slow down your video playback).
- Ensure you are connected to the internet. You can also test your connection by doing an Internet Speed Test. This is rarely an issue since most connections are fast enough, but if your connection is under 2MBPS, you might have difficulty playing the videos right away (allow them to load on the page for five minutes before playing).
- If you are still having trouble, please send me an email, and I’d be happy to help you troubleshoot further.
